Batman: Arkham Asylum Demo This Week

If you’ve been hankering to get your sweaty mitts on Batman: Arhkam Asylum, the folks at Eidos have granted your wish….sort of. No, they’re not releasing it earlier than its slated August 25th North America date. However, there will be a playable demo of Batman: Arkham Asylum on PSN and Xbox LIVE Marketplace on August 7th.

In case you haven’t been on the up and up on this game, the story revolves around the Joker trapping Batman in Arkham Asylum and releasing all of its dangerous inmates for Batman to play with. Revealed famous enemies so far include Poison Ivy, Killer Croc, Harley Quinn, Bane, and Scarecrow.
