July 14, 2009 11:49 am by Toni Schwartz One of the most talked about games at E3 this summer was the adorably quirky Scribblenauts, for the Nintendo DS. The concept is that by using the stylus and touch screen, you can write the name of almost any noun to make it materialize in the game. For example if you need a car, just write the word “car” and voila! Instant mode of transportation.
Edge Magazine is holding a contest in which you can win a copy of Scribblenauts and some other items. First prize includes a copy of the game, a set of postcards that feature the 200 cover designs for Edge 200, and some random Scribblenauts swag. Second place prizes aren’t too shabby, as two runner-ups will also receive a copy of the game.
To read the contest rules, check out the Edge website. You better hustle if you’re interested though, because it ends this Friday, July 17th.
