The tale of Kratos is a twisted one. He accidentally killed his family, is hunted relentlessly by his father and walks around with the heads of mythological creatures in his back pocket. Now that’s what I call a great idea for a movie! A film based on God of War has been teased around the internet for a while now but hasn’t starting filming. However a script has been penned and we know of a possible ending to the God of War movie.

According to CC2K the ending of the script has Kratos following the same storyline as in the original game. In the game Kratos defeats Ares and becomes the new god of war complete with shiny gold armor and the Blades of Athena. The film takes a different approach by making Kratos commit suicide by jumping off a cliff. Right before he hits the ground Kratos says, “Your turn,  Hades…” and the screen cuts to black.

We assume this opens the door to a sequel where Kratos fights Hades in, well, Hades. This may all change if and when production on the film starts.
