Last week Infinity Ward promised to publish an unboxing video for the Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition and they’ve made good on that promise. Actually there are a couple limited edition collectors sets for MW2. The first is called the Hardened Edition that comes with a collector’s art book and a voucher for the original Call of Duty for Xbox Live or PSN. The high tier edition is called Prestige Edition and it contains everything in the Hardened Edition along with a pair of real night vision goggles.
These goggles actually work and contain alternating modes. We can’t imagine the kind of outdoor war games these things will take part in. We just wish we knew how much the Prestige Edition will cost as Infinity Ward is keeping that fact close to the chest right now.
